National Guidelines for State funded Procurement of Family Planning Commodities
The use of modern and conventional FP commodities for contraception saves lives by preventing maternal and infant mortality and morbidity associated with unintended pregnancies1. Limited access to family planning commodities is a contributing factor to unmet needs for contraception by over 225 million women of reproductive age (WRA) in developing countries that are not using effective contraceptive methods2.

Partners Commend the Impact of KOICA/UNFPA Joint Project on Women & Girls
KOICA and UNFPA brought together the Borno State Government and partners from the Federal Ministry of Health, Federal Ministry of Women Affairs, Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management, and Social Development. They were brought together to track progress and reflect on the achievements made in the KOICA-funded project implemented by UNFPA.
